Joshua S. Ketover
Mr. Ketover and his legal team have handled all manners of complex litigation and transactional issues including, but not limited to, divorce, family law, criminal law (felonies and misdemeanors), personal injury claims, construction site accidents, automobile accidents, premises liability cases, negligence of all sorts, corporate disputes, as well as real estate and property disputes.

Mr. Ketover has assembled a dynamic and diverse team of attorneys and legal assistants whose primary goal is to zealously advocate on behalf of their clients.
Ketover has been the managing member of Ketover & Associates, LLC since 2007 and has been a managing partner in two other law firms since 1999. In that time he has secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients including a $9 Million Dollar settlement for an injured construction site worker.
Ketover’s stature in the legal community is supported by his success on behalf of his clients, membership in numerous bar associations, and participation in numerous legal practice panels. He has also served as a special-adjunct professor of law at Hofstra University School of Law and has sat on one of Nassau County’s judicial screening committees.
Mr. Ketover received his Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney since 1997.
Gary S. Dunn
Mr. Dunn received his Bachelor of Arts from C.U.N.Y York College and went on to Ohio Northern University where he received his Juris Doctor. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1980 Mr. Dunn has practiced almost exclusively in the field of real property law.
With almost thirty years of experience, Mr. Dunn affords the clients of Ketover & Associates, LLC a deep pool of knowledge from which to draw. Mr. Dunn has handled the purchase and sale of complex commercial properties, mixed-use properties, commercial leases, multi-unit residential properties and single unit residential properties. Additionally, Mr. Dunn has represented real estate investment firms, commercial landlords and residential landlords. He has handled numerous building conversions to cooperative apartments and has also represented numerous banking institutions with respect to closing on notes and mortgages.
Daniel A. Shafer
Mr. Shafer graduated from Binghamton University receiving his Bachelor of Arts and then attended Hofstra University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 2002, Mr. Shafer has spent the past 12 years working exclusively as a civil litigator.
Seth M. Rosner
Mr. Rosner attended S.U.N.Y. Albany where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degrees. He then went on to St. John’s University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997, Mr. Rosner has practiced before all trial courts in the State if New York as well the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
A trial attorney with over twelve years of experience, Mr. Rosner has handled voluminous caseloads involving myriad civil litigation matters. Mr. Rosner is a member in good standing of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association as well as the New York State Bar Association.
Michael H. Singer
Mr. Singer is a graduate of the City College of New York; Brooklyn Law School (Juris Doctor), New York University Law School (Master of Laws). Having practiced in New York since 1969, he brings extensive experience to Ketover & Associates, LLC. A civil trial attorney for forty years Mr. Singer has handled tort matters ranging from construction accidents, motor vehicle claims, premises liability, wrongful death, and numerous other types of personal injury and negligence cases. Having worked both as defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel over a career spanning four decades, Mr. Singer brings to Ketover & Associates, LLC a background of defending and prosecuting personal injury claims.
Mr. Singer is admitted to practice in all New York courts, as well as all the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He serves as an arbitrator in the Federal Court. Mr. Singer has served as a lecturer for numerous organizations including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and Practicing Law Institute. He is a Director Emeritus for the New York Trial Lawyers Association.
